Powerlase Photonics Ltd Appoints New Sales and Marketing Director

Powerlase Photonics Limited, manufacturers of the world’s most powerful nanosecond Q-switched, diode-pumped solid state (DPSS) lasers, has appointed Karl H. Baldau as Director of Sales, Marketing and Business Development.

Following Powerlase Photonics strategic development program and subsequent re-launch of its proven Starlase product range, Baldau’s remit will include growing market share and defining and meeting the next generation requirements of Powerlase Photonics Ltd customers.

Prior to joining Powerlase Photonics Ltd, Baldau enjoyed over 30 years in the capital sales sector including 26 years of these spent at Spectra Physics and Newport. The last position at Newport was VP of Sales.
